How much is shipping?

Flat rate of $25 inside the US (include insurance).

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Will duties apply?

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are determined by local authorities. These charges are not collected by us and must be paid by the customer.

Where is my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor its journey.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Please refer to our Returns Policy page for full details.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

Processing times depend on the item’s availability.

Pre-Sale: Not yet in stock but coming soon. Estimated shipping dates will be provided.

Made to Order: Custom-crafted by our jeweler; check the estimated shipping date before purchase.

In Stock: Ready to ship within 3 business days.

For multiple-item orders:

If the shipping dates differ by more than 8 business days, the order will be split into two shipments.

If the difference is less than 8 business days, the order will be shipped together once all items are available.

Split shipments are available only for the US .

Estimated shipping dates will be noted in your order confirmation email.

I received a damaged/defective item. What should I do?

We uphold the highest quality standards, and each piece is inspected before shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with:

Your original order number & current shipping address

Photos of the damaged item

A description of the issue (e.g., arrived damaged, packaging defect)

When the damage was noticed (e.g., upon arrival, after wear, etc.)

Our team will work quickly to resolve the issue.
